Spa Etiquette

Appointments: We encourage clients to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure that their preferred treatment, time, and day are available.  All appointments are secured with a credit card.

Children: As a courtesy to other clients, children are not permitted in the spa treatment area or left unattended in the reception area and must be accompanied by an adult.

Health and Comfort Level: Please notify the receptionist of any recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments is required to avoid a charge being made to your credit card.  No show and same day cancellation appointments will be charged $25.
